HELLO THERE 🥰

Hi there! I am typing this out on a lovely fall afternoon, and I am happy about the new season. While I love, love, love summertime, I feel eager for a change. The anticipation of wearing sweaters, boots, and scarves gets me excited for autumn. Despite not living in a region that experiences the changes all four seasons, I still embrace the coziness of the falling leaves, cooler temperatures, and crisp morning air.

The last two months kept us busy around here: My husband and I celebrated 32 years of marriage; we took a family vacation; my daughter-in-law had a birthday; I turned another year older; I snuck away to the beach with two friends from high school for almost a week, and my husband had surgery. Whew.

In my last blog post, I mentioned my personalized exercise program, and a few of you asked about it. I thought I would share a little bit more about it here. In early June, I hired a strength and conditioning coach to help get me in better shape. I walked and hiked several days a week but knew I needed to step up my fitness routine. My coach provides my entire workout regimen on an app that is very easy to follow, and it doesn’t require much equipment. It’s the perfect “workout at home” system for me. My coach has trained professional athletes (including WNBA players!) and is still willing to help a non-athlete like me 😀 If YOU would love to become more fit and use someone who has a Master’s Degree in the field, send him an email at pspstrength@gmail.com
